Odour control for gas scrubbers.

 

Neurol SBT can save the plant operator large amounts of money and is, therefore, an economical way to operate and control odours in gas scrubber installations. An example is shown below.

In a composting site, the flow stream is approximately 30,000 m3/day. The company has one scrubbing tower and were injecting H2SO4 at about 800 kilos/day. We now treat the scrubber with between 0.3 – 0.5 litres/day of Neusol SBT and have saved the client in the region of £95/day.
