Mobile units

Note how the finely atomised mist forces the vapour from the shredded compost to the ground. This vapour is odorous but is prevented from leaving the site by the odour neutraliser, immediately the odorous molecules come into contact with the odour-neutralising agent, and the decomposition of the odorous components begins.

The odour-neutralising agents are harmless and non-toxic both to personnel and to the environment. The formula for the odour-neutralising products has been developed and constructed in conjunction with a major wastewater treatment company and is in use in many of their sites.

2000 litre site tow mobile unit

The site tow units are extremely robust and reliable. Each unit has a completely galvanised chassis, telescopic mast and support structure. The unit is also fitted with an extended tow hitch and flotation tyres. The atomiser can be raised to almost five metres from ground level. The powerful fan pushes the generated mist forward to combat airborne odours or prevent odours from escaping from waste. The fan and atomiser assembly can be rotated through 360°

Please note that there are no lights or brakes fitted to these units although highway specification units are also available.

1000 litre highway unit (built to special order)

The highway specification unit is built to the same exacting standards as the site towable units but with a fully galvanised chassis, mast and support structure. These units are fitted with brakes, lighting and a jockey wheel.

For safety reasons, all of the mobile units are built to operate from a 110-volt a.c. electricity supply. As can be seen from the photographs, all of the controls are mounted at high levels and in I.P. 55 steel enclosures to avoid damage. All units are built in our own workshops
